The owners engaged CQP to replace an existing retaining wall constructed from timber sleepers. The timber was termite affected and rotten, and in danger of collapse. As the nominated contractor, CQP was instructed to design, procure council Development Application approval, and obtain an Occupation Certificate. The sequence of activities were:

Design
Design and draw plans in an acceptable form attached to a Council Development Application. |

Demolish
Demolish the existing timber wall and dispose. |

Construct
Anchor the soil and build the new wall with shot-crete. |
